The FR3 (a 2023 Forest River FR3 30DS, sleeps up to eight) and the Alante (a 2018 Jayco Alante 29S, sleeps up to eight). Each is handed off burn-ready in Reno, two hours from the gate. The Hurricane is reserved for the 2027 event and open every other week of the year. Placements for Burning Man 2027 open to the list first — burn week packages start at $12,000 all-in, and the list hears each coach's own number before public sale on September 28.

Each coach has one all-in price for the week — August 29 to September 6, eight nights, from $12,000. It covers the coach, pre-burn prep and sealing, dust remediation after exodus, beds made, an equipped kitchen, and unlimited generator hours; the FR3 and the Alante include two e-bikes for the week. One number, no surprises. Stated separately and plainly: the fuel you use, a $1,500 refundable security deposit held at handoff, Starlink at $500 flat for the week, added on request, and any provisioning you ask us to handle. Each coach's own number goes to the list first.

Join the Burning Man 2027 list — leave your email and you're the first we reach out to, before public sale, with the number for the coach you want. Reservations are held with 20% down and equal monthly payments after that, the last one due by the end of July. From there: nothing is charged until we confirm availability and fit, usually within 24 hours, and payment secures the coach. Every other week of the year is open to reserve now.

Often. We work with executive assistants, concierges, and camp leads regularly. Put your own name and contact on the reservation and note the traveler — you stay the point of contact, and we keep you in the loop through handoff. Corporate invoicing is available and we'll provide a W-9 on request.

Yes. EDC Las Vegas 2027 is two festival weekends — EDC Dusk (May 14 – 16, 2027) and EDC Dawn (May 21 – 23, 2027) — and Camp EDC runs May 13 – 24, 2027 to cover both. We hand the coach off to you in Las Vegas on Thursday morning, or bring it in and stage it at Camp EDC for you, quoted. Weekends start from $4,000. Details on the EDC Las Vegas page.

One number per coach covers handoff in Las Vegas on Thursday morning, return in Las Vegas on Monday, a 75-foot shore-power cord matched to the coach, beds made, an equipped kitchen, unlimited generator hours, and cleaning after the weekend. Delivered & Staged replaces the Las Vegas handoff and is quoted on top of that number. Not included: the fuel you use, and your Camp EDC RV pass, power add-on, and festival tickets — those come from the event.

Camp EDC's RV rules are specific: Class A, B, or C between 19 and 45 feet; a working air conditioner powered by the RV's own onboard generator — engines may not be left running, and tow-behind generators are not allowed; and, if you buy the power add-on, a 75-foot shore cord with a 30- or 50-amp connector. Each of ours clears them: the FR3 at 31' 11" on 50-amp service, the Alante at 31' 4" on 30-amp service, and the Hurricane at 32' 3" on 30-amp service — every one with its own onboard generator carrying the air. The cord goes out with the coach.

The FR3 is 50-amp, the Alante is 30-amp, and the Hurricane is 30-amp. The power add-on is optional on a single weekend and built into the 11-night pass.

Yes, quoted per coach. Camp EDC's rules bar an RV being dropped off, picked up, or set up by a third party or by anyone without a festival ticket and camping pass, so our driver joins your group — a festival wristband and a place on your pass — brings the coach in on Thursday, and drives it out on Monday. You arrive through Camp EDC's check-in for campers joining a group that has already checked in. Tell us the weekend and whether the RV pass is in hand, and we come back with the number.

No. Camp EDC allows no vehicle movement once parked until 8am the Monday your weekend ends — May 17 for EDC Dusk, May 24 for EDC Dawn. Water refills and pump-outs are handled by the camp's own RV service for a fee, so plan your tanks before the coach goes in.

Yes. We stock the coach before you arrive — groceries, water, ice, coffee the way your camp drinks it. Send us the list; we send the receipts. Provisioning is billed at cost plus a $500 concierge fee, receipts included, so you see exactly what went into the coach.

By arrangement, for a small number of camps. In-city delivery to your placement is the Delivered & Staged package — one all-in number per coach that sits above the week's package price, shared with the list first: the coach is level, cool, and made when you walk up. Reno-side staging — meeting you at a hotel or the airport — starts at $3,000, and it, like any placement outside a standard in-city delivery, is quoted to the request. Any driver 25 or older with a standard, valid driver's license — no commercial or special license needed. The coaches run the FR3 31' 11" and the Alante 31' 4", which drives like a large truck once you're used to the size, and we walk you through it before you leave Reno.

The FR3 sleeps up to eight and the Alante sleeps up to eight. The top number is workable for a close crew; four to six is where any of them feels like a home base rather than a bunkhouse.

Power comes off each coach's own gas generator — the FR3 on 5.5KW Yamaha w/inverter tech and the Alante on Onan 4000W (gas) — and unlimited generator hours are inside the price, but no fuel is sold in Black Rock City, so plan a fuel run before you're low. Water is the honest constraint: the tanks hold the FR3 52 gal and the Alante 79 gal (incl. water heater), which means real showers with discipline, not unlimited ones, and how far it stretches depends on your crew. At handoff we build the water plan around the people actually aboard, and for bigger crews, on-playa water delivery and tank pump-outs can be booked through the event's approved provider.

Dust is expected — it's the playa. After exodus, the coach gets a full interior and mechanical dust remediation. That work is our job and it's inside the price: you will never see a dust bill. What falls outside it is damage beyond ordinary dust — food waste, standing liquids, non-dust debris — handled through the security deposit.

Your Burning Man tickets and a vehicle pass for the coach — every vehicle entering Black Rock City needs its own pass, and that's on you, not part of the reservation. Plus the fuel you use and your own shade: a Class A gets hot fast without an awning or shade structure, same as any rig on playa.

Preparation, not promises. The coach goes out fully serviced and burn-prepped, we walk you through every system in Reno before you drive, and you have our direct line before the gate and after exodus. We don't staff a round-the-clock hotline and won't pretend to — what we do is send you out prepared.

Every payment toward a reservation is nonrefundable — and nothing you pay is lost: if you cancel, the full amount you've paid becomes a Reservation Credit with us, good toward a future booking. A Reservation Credit comes off the total of the next reservation you book — any coach, any dates we have — and if it's larger than that booking, the remainder stays on your account. If you change your mind within 7 days of booking, on a trip more than 180 days away, your first payment is refunded in full on request.
